		<description><![CDATA[In a weekend-long series of celebrations and ceremonies, Rabbi Jeremy Schneider became the Senior Rabbi of Temple Kol Ami on April 13, 2012. Schneider was installed in two parts during Shabbat Services. The first by the children of Kol Ami at Tot Shabbat, and again at Shabbat evening services in front of a packed congregation. Between the two services, a multi-generational Café Kol Ami Shabbat Dinner was held blending all of the families who make this congregation so wonderful.
